MK Metals Ltd has been awarded the structural steelwork and architectural metalwork for the eight-storey development which will provide a collection of one, two and three-bedroom homes at the corner of Surrey Street and Matthews Yard which forms the entrance to a regular weekly street market that has been in operation since the 13th century.
