MKMetals Ltd has been chosen by the primary contractor, Blenheim Estate, in collaboration with our returning client, to undertake the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of architectural metalwork. This includes all estate fencing, railings, and gates, as well as the external staircases complete with balustrades and handrails, as part of Phase 5 of the new housing development located to the east of Woodstock.

The Park View project represents the first initiative undertaken by Blenheim Estate. This development is set to be a significant addition to the area, showcasing a commitment to quality and design in residential construction.

The overall project aims to deliver 300 new homes, alongside facilities for small businesses, with an anticipated completion timeline of five to seven years. This ambitious undertaking reflects a strategic vision for community growth and development in the region.
