The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Semi-Skilled Site Labourer (Architectural Metalwork) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Semi-Skilled Site Labourer, you will be responsible for various tasks that support our projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring tasks on-site, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.

• Assist with the installation of architectural metalwork on-site in line with project requirements.

• Undertake site labouring duties to support the project team.

• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, fabricators, and welders to achieve project objectives.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health & safety standards.

• Support with basic fabrication and welding tasks where required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)

• Right to work in the UK (essential)

• Happy to travel to Client sites, which may include early start times (06:00 am) and late finishes (6:00 pm) (essential)

• Previous site labouring experience (essential)

• Welding and metal fabrication experience (preferred)

• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards

• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques is essential.
