Architectural Metalwork - Remington Road

MKMetals Ltd is excited to announce the successful completion of its architectural metalwork contract for the London Borough of Haringey at Remington Road. This milestone highlights the company's dedication to providing top-notch metalwork solutions for urban development initiatives.

The scope of the project included a wide array of services, such as the design, fabrication, and installation of various metal components, including railings, gates, balcony balustrades, metal screening, and handrails. In addition, MKMetals Ltd supplied staircase window grills, bike storage solutions, bin storage, and metal dividing screens. This project played a crucial role in the development of 46 new homes intended for affordable rent, replacing the previous garages in Tottenham.

The overall development plan featured the construction of 31 apartments, four maisonettes, and 11 townhouses, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, including four homes specifically designed for wheelchair users. The project also incorporated vital amenities like refuse and recycling areas, along with secure bike storage for up to 84 bicycles, significantly improving the living experience for future residents.
