MKMetals Ltd has been granted the contract to create, manufacture, and install the stair and corridor balustrades for Riverside House. This project involves the development of 100 high-end, self-contained studio apartments, beginning with an initial phase of 84 units, followed by an additional 16 apartments.

Located in the centre of Guildford and offering views of the River Wey, this building is strategically positioned to serve students. The project aims to provide 82 studio apartments tailored for students attending the nearby Surrey University, ensuring a convenient living experience.
