​The Client reached out to us, voicing his dissatisfaction with the ongoing upkeep required for his aging wooden decking.

 

The Client was in search of a contemporary, maintenance-free alternative made from uPVC.

 

After multiple consultations to understand his preferences and finalizing a fixed price, we were given the green light to commence the project.

MKMetals Ltd promptly removed and disposed of the old timber veranda, replacing it with a uPVC Veranda in Golden Oak that harmonizes with the lodge windows.

 

The newly installed veranda includes a 1.8m sundeck, accompanied by a set of our elegant box steps and a 2.4m walkway.

 

The Client was thrilled with the remarkable change the new deck provided.

 

Even with several uPVC verandas present on-site, others have recognized this one as the finest, highlighting the superior quality of our craftsmanship.
