MKMetals Ltd is pleased to share that it has secured the architectural metalwork contract for the London Borough of Haringey at Remington Road. This achievement underscores the company's commitment to delivering high-quality metalwork solutions in urban development projects.

The project encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including the design, fabrication, and installation of various metal elements such as railings, gates, balcony balustrades, metal screening, and handrails. Additionally, MKMetals Ltd will provide staircase window grills, bike storage, bin storage, and metal dividing screens. This initiative will facilitate the construction of 46 new homes designated for affordable rent, replacing the existing garages in Tottenham.

The development plan includes the creation of 31 apartments, four maisonettes, and 11 townhouses, with a focus on accessibility by incorporating four homes designed for wheelchair users. Furthermore, the project will feature essential amenities such as refuse and recycling areas, as well as secure cycle storage for up to 84 bicycles, enhancing the overall living experience for future residents.
