We are excited to share the successful completion of our latest architectural project, as MKMetals Ltd finalizes the architectural metalwork package for Avenue Heights, serving our esteemed client.

MKMetals Ltd architectural metalwork package included the design, fabrication and installation of:

• Entrance canopies

• Terrace balustrade

• Roof balustrade

• Railings to perimeter

• Entrance handrail incorporating LED lighting

This development showcases premium apartments that include a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, along with a luxurious penthouse that spans the entire top floor, offering stunning views of Alexandra Palace. Most of the residences come with outdoor spaces, and residents can also enjoy access to a gym located on the ground floor.
