MKMetals Ltd has been selected by the main contractor, Blenheim Estate, in partnership with Pye Homes, to design, engineer, fabricate, and install the architectural metalwork for all estate fencing, railings, and gates in the new housing development situated east of Woodstock.

 

Park View marks the inaugural project by Blenheim Estate.

 

The initial phase, set to run until 2021, will feature one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two to five-bedroom homes available for sale and rent.

 

The entire development is expected to encompass 300 new homes, along with provisions for small business accommodations, and is projected to take between five to seven years to complete.
