TOWN HALL ANNEXE

MK Metals Ltd was awarded the architectural metalwork which involved the redevelopment of the locally listed Town Hall Annexe, which was originally built in 1939.

 

The project involved the change of use from commercial to residential, a vertical extension to the existing 3-storey town hall with the addition of two floors into a 5-storey building, and extensive cut and carve structural alterations housing 40 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
 
This project has been an incredible opportunity for our team, and we’re thrilled to have delivered exceptional architectural metalwork for Populo Living, the London Borough of Newham, and the East Ham community.
