MKMetals Ltd has secured the contract for architectural metalwork on a new high-density housing development, which will replace an existing single-story commercial building and garage site. Additionally, the company has been engaged to revitalize the adjacent square, enhancing the overall community environment.

This initiative is designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability, allowing the client to potentially use the project as a benchmark for future infill developments. The design aims to seamlessly integrate existing spaces within a newly conceived landscape, featuring a substantial green wall adorned with climbing plants, a rain garden, and a modern playground.

Our responsibilities encompass the installation of balconies and balustrades within the internal structures, as well as external railings and balustrades, which include the revitalization of the public square.

The project will preserve the existing mature trees while transforming the neglected open areas and patches of grass into a unified space that caters to the entire community, offering adult fitness equipment, seating areas, and a playground equipped with various swings.
