MKMetals Ltd has been selected to undertake the architectural metalwork for the redevelopment of Argo House. This initiative entails transforming the property from a commercial space into a residential complex, featuring a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each equipped with private balconies and decking.

The scope of work for MKMetals includes the design, fabrication, and installation of all internal staircases for both residential and commercial areas, along with the necessary handrails and balustrades. Additionally, the project requires the removal of existing structural steelwork and its replacement to comply with current building regulations. The installation will also encompass railings for the roof terrace and linkways, handrails at the entrance, as well as perimeter and security fencing.
